He tagged a trophy buck that, according to reports, has scored more than 303 inches net Boone and Crockett and will be the largest buck ever taken by a youth as well as the largest mule deer taken in more than 20 years. The buck has 41 points and a 37 2/8 inch outside spread. The main frame alone is more than 207 inches with more than 100 inches of nontypical points.
That is not a mule deer. That is a whitetail deer. Look at the horns. This mistake is also made in the title of the next two or three pictures also.
By reading the other comment i have come to realize that he has no idea of what type of deer that is. I am only 14 and knew the secound i saw it that it was a mule deer.
my name is ian nourse i hunt nothing but blacktail deer and even i can tell that that is a mule buck if you cant tell the difference you should be aloud to look at a deer

It’ obviously a mule deer, you can tell by the forks in the rack. Although it does look a little like a whitetail.

Definitely a Mule Deer.
i just turned 14 and u can clearly see that it is a mule deer just by the way it forks at the bottom of the rack and i thought it was a dang good job for a teenager
if he shot that deer he would be wearing camo and he would be bloody if he gutted it but if u did shoot it congrates
ok first off its a mule deer look at the forks second if u think your gonna be in camo or bloddy when u got a deer your wrong
im from illinoise but lived in arkansas for 30 years and that is not a white tail buck its a mule
